Here’s Debian’s patch against util-linux-2.11n deprived of the international crypto patch and ported over to util-linux-2.11t.
That patch does not include the debian directory which is separate since it contains various README’s and comments about specific tools of which I don’t know if they’re still valid.

You can find Debian packages of PHP 4.0.6 here. They were built upon Petr Čech’s 4.0.6-4 package (it seems there was a -5 but we couldn’t find it) against the testing/woody distribution as of Thu, 14 Mar 2002 16:03:08 +0100.
The source was patched against the recent PHP exploits ( php-4.0.6-memlimit.diff.gz and rfc1867.c.diff-4.0.6.gz), had dbase included (we don’t really understand what Peter had against it’s license), was compiled against potato’s and had some dependencies updated.
